This was emailed to me today. I like it. It's simple, to the point, and is way better than the My Plate provided to our fine citizens by the USDA. Often times we try to make things so complicated. Nutrition doesn't have to be complicated at all. If your meals look similar to what we have above, then you're doing pretty good. If you're adding a little good fat to your plate, even better!
