Work your way up the ladder as far as possible in the 15 minutes.
This Saturday will be the 3rd and final swimming WOD of the summer at Paragon Point Pool, 1113 Paragon Place (just south of Southridge Greens Golf Course on Lemay Ave.). If you haven't gotten to one yet, here's your last chance.
