Saturday Teamwork!
In teams of 2 complete the following:
Run 400m
Tire Flips w/ Jump Through
Push Press, 95#/65#
Sled Rows, 90#/70#
Front Squat, 95#/65#
Toes-to-bars
Run 400m
For this WOD, both members of the team will run the 400m together. One member will then run a 200m while the other does as many reps as possible of the tire flips. When the partner finishes the 200m, they'll take over on the flips and the other partner will run a 200m. This will continue for all movements until the toes-to-bar are competed, then both members will run the last 400m together.
