In teams of 2 complete the following:
200 Double-under
200m Sled drag, 135#/90#
100 Slam balls, 40#/30#
200 foot stone carry
100 Hang power snatch, 75#/55#
200 Sledge strikes
200 Double-unders
During this workout, only 1 partner can work at a time and both partners must do some work on each movement.
