Work up to a 5RM. 20:00 time cap.
10 – 20 – 30 – 40 – 50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10
You must break after each set. You also must finish each set of reps unbroken before moving to the next. So if when attempting to get to 40 you trip up at 39, you have to start over and get the 40 unrboken. 15:00 time cap on this one. If you don't complete the entire WOD within the allotted time, there's a 50 burpee penalty. So the question is what do you hate more, DUs or burpees?!?!
