OK everyone, this Saturday's WOD WILL NOT be a pool WOD. Due to a scheduling conflict (read that I can not read the emails sent to me by the folks who run the pool) we're going to have to re-schedule the first WOD. With that here are the officially correct pool WODs for this summer:
Saturday July 14th 9-10am
Saturday July 28th 9-10am
Saturday August 18th 9-10am
There's a good and bad side to everything. The bad side is that you have to wait until July to do a pool WOD, which sucks cause pool WODs are awesome. The good side is that you have plenty of time to find that perfect pool WOD bathingsuit. There's been a lot of talk around the gym about what to wear to this thing. Ladies, I'm of no help to you. Fellas, however, I'm here to help.
You can find pretty much any kind of swim brief, which are important to reduce drag, at Splish.com. I would say that the ones that will make you fastest in and out of the water – super important during any swim WOD - are these unicorn and rainbow ones. That's just me…
