Hey guys, as summer gets into full swing, just a reminder to please remove your name from the WOD if you're not going to make it in. We know things come up, but we really want you guys to work hard to keep the workout roster accurate. Last week we had a workout that showed full, and some folks put there name on the waitlist. We had several no-shows for that full WOD, enough in fact that if the folks who weren't coming took their name off, everyone on the waitlist would have been able to get in there and hit the WOD they wanted.

There will be some times when WODs fill up, and that happens sometimes. However, if everyone is diligent in MBO, this will be a very rare occurrence. Thanks for your help!

  1. Hey guys as per usual I’ll be late to tomorrow’s 10 am because of my class at miramont. This is a long one too. Would you recommend not doing it at all or just modifying?

  2. I would say that it is wort stopping by and seeing where the class is at by the time you get there, it might just work.
