As a reminder we're doing some old school mainsite WODs from 2006. This is as gnarly as it gets. Keep in mind that these mainsite WODs were and still are programmed for those with a tremendous work capacity and need to be scaled accordingly. Talk to your coach today and be realistic if the volume of work today is within your reach. Check that ego at the door and scale appropriately!

For the parents of the Evolve kiddos, you've probably seen that the toys have been removed from the kids area. Most of these items were donated by Evolve parents over the years and the other day it was noted that the majority of the toys were broken, and those that weren't were really beat up and dirty. We've (ok, Shar and Katie!) have tried to keep that kids area as clean as possible but the toys were too far gone to save. With that, please feel free to bring toys and books for your kids to play with when you come in, but please take them home with you. What's appropriate for the older kids isn't the safest for the little ones, and the big kids tend to destroy the little one's toys in short order.

Also, as a reminder, there's no food, gum, or candy for the kids in the gym. For the most part things have been going great since we implemented this, but we still find the occasional piece of Cliff bar or what have you, and with it, the ants. So please, feed 'em before or tell them if they're really good you'll feed 'em after. Thanks for your help!!
