That's the March PR Board above. As you can see, that friggin thing is full! It's jam-packed with lots of different names. Take a second and look at some of the things on there. That board is full of accomplishments that people had never done before. I love the PR board! I love everything it stands for! It's cool to celebrate those PRs, even if it's with a dry erase marker on a board that will be wiped clean come the first of the next month. It's good for us as coaches because we can see people are improving – getting fitter, faster, stronger. It's good for the other athletes because they can see what their friends are getting done. It's good for new folks because it can help dispel the myth that everyone in the box must have come out of the womb deadlifting 450 pounds and doing 10 unbroken muscle-ups. It shows the work and commitment that everyone on that board has put in. And it's good for you because it shows everyone that you are awesome!
