Hollow rocks and handstand circle walks

Complete 3 rounds of:
25 m handstand walk
50 hollow walks
Today we'll be working on some gymnastic-centric movements! For many of us, these gymnastics movements are some of the most difficult things we do in the gym. Don't let that make you hit the "cancel" button! We have plenty of cool progressions that we can use for these movements. It can be scary to get inverted and the majority of us don't have great (or any) handstand walks. That's OK! Check out the video below for some options we'll be using today for the handstand walks:
