Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:

7 Thrusters

7 Burpees

Recognize this WOD? Remember what weight you used for the thrusters? Unloaded bar? PVC? Did you have to squat onto a box? Today you guys select the weight you will use!

Today's skill is goal setting. A little different from our typical skill sessions! Today we'll work on our mental game and how to apply it to what we do in the box, as well as what we do outside of the box.
