Nathan like chalk, cleans, margs, and long walks on the beach.

It's always sucky when an athlete leaves, especially when they've been with us so long. Unfortunately for us, Nathan has accepted a new job back home in St. Louis. This is a great opportunity for Nathan, but we'll miss him. As the afternoon crew knows, Nathan's a great athlete and an even better person. Thanks for all you brought to Evolve Nathan!

To send Nathan off Evolve style, we'll be meeting tomorrow (Thursday) night at 7PM at Los Tarascos, 622 South College Avenue. Come on and send Nate out proper!

  1. Nathan, we sure are going to miss you! Wishing you all the best and make sure you get back to visit every once in awhile!

  2. It has been awesome to get to know you and do many 5 or 6 pm wods with you. Enjoy the weather back in old St. Louis. Take care.

  3. Not a chance in hell I’m wnichtag what I eat on Turkey day. The meanings of all of our holidays have morphed over the years, but at least Thanksgiving has done so into the very noble notion of an endurance cage match between people and a loaded table of food.To wimp out and claim dietary restrictions not only cheats yourself but those around you who’ve taken your side in this annual bloodsport.
