Another great Open WOD by the Evolve crew! Remember, we have open gym time today from 11am to 12pm. This is a great opportunity for you to come in and work on your push-press mechanics or toes-to-bar if you plan on hitting WOD 12.3 again on Sunday. Spending some time on the movements and dialing in your technique will yield benefits, so come in and get some work in!
