We have some exciting news for you guys to be aware of. Jenna P will be added to the rotation as a coach at Evolve this month. Jenna has been an athlete with us for a long time, and this past semester completed an internship with us. We heard from many of you that you were impressed with Jenna as a coach, and so were Gino and I.

Along those lines, you will also start to see Donnie shadowing the coaches during WODs. Donnie will be getting his Level I this month and will be working to get coaching experience under his belt! Those of you who have gotten to know Donnie know about his background with CrossFit in the Marines while deployed, and know about his positive presence and attitude in the box. We love having Donnie as an athlete, and we feel he has a lot to offer our athletes!

It's important for you to know that we don't take adding a coach lightly. We are solicited often from folks outside of the Evolve community who are interested in being a coach at our box. Our philosophy has always been and will continue to be that our coaches will come from within. We need to get to know someone not only as an athlete, but even more importantly as a person, before we trust you guys to them. We take the responsibility you've given us very seriously, and we don't take any of the decisions we make lightly because we know the impact is has on all of you. These are exciting times in the box, keep an eye open for some other changes that we think you guys are going to like!
