Teamwork Saturday!

AMRAP 10:00

Run 400m

Thrusters, 75#/55#

One team member will run, the other will thruster. Team members will switch after each 400. Score is total thrusters. Right now you may thing "hey I can run slow since thruster reps is the score". You can, but your partner will be doing thrusters during you're leisurely jog. Will this streategy get you maximum reps?

15 KB swings, 55#/35#

25 sit-ups

Doesn't matter how you break it up, but only one person can work at a time.

Rest 3:00

AMRAP 5:00

7 burpees

7 back squats, 75#/55#

Again, rotation doesn't matter. Only one person can work at a time.
