Work up to a 1 RM. Split jerk, push jerk, squat jerk (those who were at the oly seminar, I dare you to try it!). Whatever, just get it overhead!

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

8 Kettlebell snatch, 55#/35#

10 Ring dips

12 Toes-to-bar

Today's the day! Registration for the 2012 CrossFit Open starts! We know there's some apprehension out there about being a part of the Open. As we've said, you're going to be doing the Open WODs as part of Evolve's programing whether you register or not. You might was well sign up, be a part of the fun, and see how you stack up against other athletes in our region and across the world! The details of how the Open will run at Evolve will be provided soon. For now, all you have to do is get signed up!

It's really easy to do. Just head over to the Registration Page and create an account. We'll set up a Team for Evolve that you'll be able to select under your profile as well.
