This is the time of year where it's easy to get tired of waking up when it's dark out and getting home when it's dark out. The shortened days can make you long for the summer when it gets dark at 9 pm! It's pretty easy to get in the fun things we like to do outside – the things that CrossFit makes us better at, when it's warm out. The other day Todd sent me the video below and it makes me long for the summer time! He knows I love to mountain bike, and I know many of you do too, so I wanted to share it. Those who don't ride might appreciate it too. The first thing I thought when I saw it was holy crap. The second thing I thought is that of the 10 general physical skills we use CrossFit to get better at, I would need to spend some more time working on balance to pull this off without breaking something.
