Our old friend Wilson sent me an email not too long ago. His friend who introduced him to both CrossFit and paleo works for a web company that did a series of "ask a ____" interviews on several different topics. One of the interviews was with none other than Robb Wolf. Wilson thought this was a great primer for those interested in paleo style nutrition and I agree. The video is long, but there's some good stuff in there. You can also find segments of this video on youtube based on topic! Thanks Wilson!

  1. I hear you! I’m going through that same sgtrugle myself, though I wish I could post your weight numbers! I was trying the 80/20 which became 70/30 and then 60/40, and eventually 0/100. THIS TIME I’ve decided to treat that crap like heroin. Of course I want it. Of course it would taste wonderful. But if I have it, it will take me off course to a dark place. Yes, even just one thing. I find I really have to watch my thoughts, so I don’t talk myself into things (I’m REALLY good at that). I really want a healthy relationship with food where I can just eat healthy naturally, and I guess I just decided to try that, and couldn’t. As long as I stay away from the crap, I do fine.Anyway, good luck to you!!
