Getting Started

First…

The first step is to come in and check out a workout. It’s important that Evolve is a good fit for you. We ask that anyone who is interested in Evolve stop by and watch a workout. You can get a feel for how the workouts flow, how we coach, the vibe of the place, and you’ll get a chance to talk to other athletes.

101s…

If after watching a workout you feel like Evolve is the right place for you, we’ll set up your 101 sessions. These one-on-one classes are how new members begin at Evolve and consist of (2) 1-hour sessions. The purpose of these classes are to assess the fitness of each athlete, assess any injuries, weaknesses or limitations, and to go over your goals and expectations. These are private sessions scheduled over the phone based on your schedule. Additional details on the 101 sessions can be found on the CrossFit Evolve Classes page.

Test Out…

If you’re coming from another CrossFit gym, before starting WODs you’ll have to do a test-out session. This isn’t optional – sorry! More detail on the test-out can be found on the CrossFit Evolve Classes Page.

Once the 101s or test-out is complete, it’s time to start a membership!
