On Saturday our very own Jeff competed in the Battle Ready WOD For Cans event and finished 2nd overall! Way to go Jeff. This was a big weekend for our Evolve gang!!
We've fielded some questions regarding the holiday schedule. With Christmas on a Sunday this year, the schedule will be as usual for the WODs. We will be having a Saturday WOD at 9am on Christmas Eve. We've heard from some of you that an ugly sweater WOD on Saturday would be appropriate. We agree. However, there is a shortage of ugly Christmas sweaters available for purchase in town. Lucky for you there is no shortage of very tight, ugly, Christmas vests! With that, where whatever you feel shows off your Christmas cheer the best!
