The 12 Days of Christmas…version 2!

1. Push-ups

2. Toes-to-bar

3. Burpees

4. Pull-ups

5. Box Jumps, 24"/18"

6. Deadlift, 135#/95#

7. Squats

8. Kettlebell Swings, 55#/35#

9. Overhead Lunges, 45#/25#

10. Double unders

11. Wall balls, 20#/14#

12. Clean and Jerk, 135#/95#

So it will go like this: First Day of Christmas (1 push-up), Second Day of Christmas (2 burpees, 1 push-up), Third Day of Christmas (3 toes-to-bar, 2 burpees, 1 push-up) and so on.

We know we did a similar WOD last Saturday, but that was just a warm-up. This is the WOD we did last Christmas Eve, and many of you missed last Saturday, so here's your chance! Remember, Christmas Sweaters are a plus!

  1. 6 rounds plus 15 reps, 15 bureeps, not Rx. 44lb Kettlebell. My hands, arms and kettlebell were seriously slippery. More importantly, I upped my clean and jerk from 162.5 lbs to 165 lbs, and my clean alone from 165 lbs to 170 lbs. In retrospect, I should have tried to jerk it.
