For the Tabata rounds alternate between the pull-ups and sit-ups. 8 Tabata rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest will be done for each movement.

For those who don't know, Kelley D makes Survival Wristbands. I've seen them before but didn't know why the "survival". KD schooled me –
They are called survival wristbands because you're supposed to be able to un-knot them in the wilderness and 'survive'. Each wristband consists of approx 6 of paracord. An easy way to compactly carry feet upon feet of cord!
