Complete 7 rounds for time of:
18 one-arm hang squat cleans, 55#/35# (DB or KB)
18 pull-ups
10 power cleans, 135#/95#
10 handstand push-ups
Today's WOD is a variation of the hero WOD "Santiago". For the hang squat cleans, you can use a dumbell or a kettlebell. 18 reps is the total, alternate arms as needed.

We love helping out our athletes or as in this case, our athlete's friends, whenever we can. Griff's good friend Julia has been going on mission trips to Peru for the last 3 years. When she's there she does cool things like hosting medical clinics where they administer parasite medicine and vitamins for families and installing water purification systems in villages. Very cool things that change the world.
In order to support her travel, Julia gives massages for donations. Griff thought that getting a post WOD massage might help the folks at Evolve, and in turn, it will help Julia go do amazing things in Peru. We agree. It's a win-win!
With that, Julia will be at the box during the month of December on Tuesdays from 4 PM to 7PM and Thursdays from 9 AM to 11 AM and 6 to 7 PM. Here's what she has to say about cost: "I give massages for an average donation of $15 for 15 minutes. The donation is entirely up to the recipient of the massage. If $15 is too much, that is fine." We will also post Julia's number and email on the board if you're interested in times outside of those above.
I will say that I saw Julia work on Griff post-WOD and if I had $15 in my pocket I would have been next in line! We hope that you guys take advantage of having an in-house masseuse! Please let us know if you have any questions.
