Teamwork WOD

In teams of 4 complete for time:

300 Double-unders

250 Front squats, 95#/65#

200 Kettlebell swings, 55#/35#

150 Burpees

100 Toes-to-bar

50 wall walks

Row 250m

For all movements, only 1 person can go at a time and reps are cumulative. For the row, each team member must row 250m. Time stops when the last person completes the row.
