Kipping pull-ups/kipping handstand push-ups

With a continuously running clock, do one pull-up and one handstand push-up the first minute, two pull-ups and two handstand push-ups the second minute, three pull-ups and three handstand push-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able. When you cannot complete the required number of reps for either exercise, continue only with the other as long as you are able.
Use as many sets in any order each minute as needed.

OK, so here it is. Starting on Monday October 17th we challenge you to dial it in. We'll weigh and take measurements during the early part of the week, you'll do your part for the next 6 weeks, and then we'll weigh and measure again. During this time we'll hit the WODs as hard as ever and see what happens! The challenge will wrap up on Wednesday November 23rd the day before Thanksgiving – perfect! That's just shy of 6 weeks.
This time around the challenge will be athlete-specific. Here's why – we have a wide variety of eating in the box. We have those who have just started with CrossFit and have yet to consider what they eat. We have those who live life at 80/20 with Zone or Paleo or paleo-Zone and have been there for a while. We have those who are somewhere in between. So this will be a very personal thing for you. How far are you willing to go? What we want is for you to get out of your comfort zone and see what it can do for you. We'll continue to post things that will be helpful to you, and of course we're always available for questions.
Here's the thing – you guys give your all every time you step in the box. But if you're not actively working on your nutrition, you'll never realize your full potential. You'll never get to see how far you really can go. So step up and do this. We'll all be in it together!
