To continue with yesterday, a question that gets asked often in the CrossFit community and even in our box is Zone or Paleo? Yes. We spoke during our last nutrition talk about the concepts of quality and quantity. Quality is what we eat, the types of food, and quantity is how much of it. Both are important. How far you take it is an individual choice but even when you're eating clean, portions can make a difference. Below is another video of Nicole from CF HQ. Here she talks about paleo and zone and how they can work together. Will you get a noticeable benefit if you change your nutrition with a focus on quality? Absolutely. And this may be plenty for you. Will you get even more out of focusing on quality and the correct portions of those high quality foods? Absolutely. Now's the time to start thinking about what you want to get out of this whole thing. You can take it as far as you want!
