Rest Day!

The Evolve FRCF Masters crew: David, Ross, Carl, Kristine and Wendy!!!

The Evolve CrossFit LoDo Open crew!

Evolve took Denver by storm on Saturday! We had 2 groups represnting at 2 events.

For the Front Range CrossFit Masters Comp, here's how Day 1 ended up for our peeps:

Kristine – 3rd

Ross – 15th

Wendy 12th

David – 15th

Carl – 11th

These guys have another day of competition today! Best of luck you guys, keep it going!

For the LoDo Open, Evolve (and our close friends) had a stellar day!

Our good friend Jon Moffit finished 1st, another good friend Tom A. finished 2nd, and our very own Tybo rounded out the podium with a 3rd place finish!

And not to be outdone, Kendra took 2nd and Jenna 3rd (you think these guys are getting tired of the bumper plate podium yet?!?!

As great as all the big finishes were, we also couldn't be prouder of ALL of the Evolve crew who gave their all today in both events and the friends and family who came out to cheer, and the rest who cheered for everyone from Fort Collins.  Way to go guys, and once again good luck to the Masters athletes on Day 2!!
