There's been a lot of nutrition talk around here lately…..and we like it! Lots of questions about Zone, Paleo, fueling for performance, why is this bad, why is this good, should I eat this, should I avoid that. We love talking about that stuff. Some folks have recently embarked on their own personal challenges. Some are detailed with their guidelines, some are a little less defined but still good. This is the thing that will take you to the next level. We promise!
So by popular request, we'll be starting a nutrition challenge in the very near future. Details will come soon. This will be a personal challenge to each and all of you from us. It won't be for money. It won't be for schwag. It will be for you. For you because we truly believe, and there's plenty of science to back it up, that this will make a positive difference in your health, well-being, and performance.
