Saturday Teamwork!

In teams of 2 complete the following:

8:00 50-foot Overhead lunges, 45#/25#

6:00 Buddy sit-ups w/ med ball, 20#/14#

4:00 Kettlebell thrusters, 55#/35#

2:00 Ball slams, 20#/14#

1:00 Kettlebell sumo deadlfit high-pulls, 55#/35#

1:00 Jump rope singles

For this WOD there's no rest between movements. Athletes will swap for the movements during all rounds except for both 1:00 movements, where both team members will go at the same time as a chance to run up their reps. Score is total reps!
