Saturday Teamwork!
In teams of 4 complete the following pacer WOD for time:
400m row (pacer), 100 stone-to-shoulder
200m waiter walk, 55#, 35#, 25# (pacer), 200 hand-release burpees
100m shuttle sprint (pacer), 400 double-unders (800 singles)
Have no fear about how the pacer will work or about some of the new movements – all will be well explained before the WOD!
Before the tire sledge WOD Drew was told to swing it like a firefighter swings an axe. He said he could only do that if he had a helmet. He didn't know I happened to have mine in my truck. To his credit, Drew strapped on thehelmet and proceeded to beat that tire senseless!
