Another in the Coach's WOD Series, here's one from your buddy Gino!

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

10 burpee box jumps, 24"/20"

20 foot handstand walk (sub is 50 foot bear crawl)

10 deadlifts, 225#/165#

Remember, the Labor Day WODs will be a 9am and 10am only! If you wanted to get one in and MBO shows full, put yourself on the waitlist. With this WOD we can run several within each hour so we'll make it work!

Next Saturday the CrossFit Sports Series will be hosting a Stand Up Paddleboard WOD at Boulder Reservoir. The Series is an opportunity for CrossFitters to get out and challenge themselves outside of their comfort zone:

The CrossFit Sports Series WOD SUP Event presented by Hobie Stand Up Paddleboards is a chance to check out the latest craze called Stand Up Paddleboarding. It won’t take long for first time paddlers to get hooked with the sport as our experts will offer pointers and guidance on the water. After that, you’ll be put to the test with a wet and wild WOD with a little bit of SUP thrown in-a day not to be missed.

Entry includes equipment provided by Hobie, competition CrossFit style, lunch & beverages and commemorative Sports Series gear.

    My advice to everyone: DO NOT MISS THIS WOD!!!!
