In teams of 2 complete:

100 Double-unders

90 Squats

80 Sit-ups

70 Push press, 85#/60#

60 Box jumps, 30"/24"

50 Ring rows

40 Power clean, 85#/60#

30 Knees to elbows

20 Ring dips

10 Burpees

Run 400m

In teams of two, athletes will complete the total number of reps for each movement. Only one athlete can work at a time. The 400 will be run together.
