Pool WOD 2.0

Complete 3 rounds for time of:

15 Kettlebell swings, 55#/35#

Swim 25m

30 Squats

Swim 25m

15 Bottom release push-ups

Swim 25m

All movements will be done at the same end of the pool. After each swim, athletes will perform walking lunges from the end of the pool back to the start.

Sat wod 
Last Saturday's WOD was lots of fun, think about how much fun it will be with a pool!

Remember, today is another swim WOD at Paragon Point Pool! All swim abilities are welcome. At 9am we'll start a brief skill session to review some swim basics, then we'll get into it. Come on out and enjoy the day….summmer's almost over!

  1. AFter Kalsu the thought of doing pushups tomorrow is frightening,,, my triceps are so sore it hurts to bend my arm!! Maybe I can just lie on the pool deck and flop around like a fish,,,,
