Welcome to Evolve Jen!

It doesn't really matter where you get your motivation as long as you find it and you use it. There's a lot of reasons people are motivated to walk through our door. They may be doing this whole CrossFit thing because they want to improve their health. They may do it because they want to become faster, stronger, and fitter. They may do it because they love challenging themselves. They may do it because they can. They may do it simply because they want to look good naked (hey, who doesn't)! It really doesn't matter what motivates you, as long as you do it. Every single person has the ability to. Not everyone does.

Sometimes, your motivation may be that mom and dad promissed you a Wii if you made it to the top. Gino was motivated to get to the top, who else is motivated to get up there today?!?!

  1. We r so proud of you, now Gino will be doing my rope climbs from now in my wods!! So what is my gift from my family once I get kipping pullups without bands? A new car!! Talk about motivation. Just kidding!

  2. That is awesome buddy!! It was amazing to witness. Good hard work and he didn’t give up when he wanted to. Now let’s talk about Wii games I want you to get.

  3. Shar, Gene & Gino

Jon and I always wanted kids to be apart of the gym. We felt that it was important for our kids to see us struggling and fighting for what we want, in the hope that they will do the same. We see our Evolve kids do new and great things all the time. I can’t wait to see what the young ones do next!

  4. At my house the entire fiamly watched it. During one of the commercials Carmela just spontaneously dropped and started doing burpees. Now THAT’s the kind of advertising and programming more kids need to see on t.v.!
