Teamwork Saturday!
In teams of 4 complete:
750 meter row
150 Push press, 75#/55#
150 Ring rows
750 meter row
Each team member will row the 750. Once all 4 team members finish the row, they move on to the push press followed by the ring rows. Only one team member may work at a time. There is no set number of reps or order. Once complete with all the ring rows, each member will row another 750m. Time stops when the last team member finishes the row.

WOD #1:
In 14 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of:
10 Front Squats (135#M/95#W)
10 Burpees
30 Double Unders
WOD #2
For time:
50m Overhead Walking Lunge (45#M/25#W)
400m Run with sandbag (70#M/35#W)
50m Overhead Walking Lunge (45#M/25#W)
There is a 10 minute cutoff on this workout.

The youtube thing is emnibassarg but it’s nice to see your form and technique on tape. Helps me to see where I’m fouling it up. Now, to do it justice you need to put me up there doing those jumping, band-assisted, wuss-ups that I was doing this morning. We could actually create a wuss-up WOD just for me since I’m so bad at pull ups. Punish the specialist!
