For the pull-ups, these will be strict with no kipping. For the handstand push-ups, these will be "nose to the floor." As always, there will be scaled options!

IMPORTANT SCHEDULE CHANGE!!!

Starting on Monday August 1st, we'll be adding another afternoon WOD and changing the start times. Here's what the new schedule will look like:

Monday through Thursday: 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM

Friday: 4 PM and 5 PM

We're really excited about this change and we hope you are too! Adding another afternoon WOD has been something we've talked about for a while. We're happy to be able to give you guys some additional options for WOD times. As with everything we do, we'll try it out and see how it works. If it's good, we'll keep it going, if not, we'll re-evaluate things. Please give us any input because it's your box!

For anyone who's already signed up for afternoon WODs in MindBody for August, when we make the change this week to the schedule you'll have to go back in and sign up for the new WOD time you'd like. Let us know if you have any problems!
