Rest day!
We are a team at Evolve. But sometimes there are no words to say how we feel. Luckily, a picture really can help. Doesn't this one make you feel all warm and fuzzy?!
What another great day at the Southwest Regionals! There was plenty of inspiration for everyone. The Evolve family represented very, very well! At the end of Day 2, Gino finished 18th and Garcia 24th. The Evolve Team finished 18th as well. The top 14 individuals and top 10 teams move on to Sunday's WODs so we'll be watching Day 3 from the sidelines. BUT, we'll be watching one of our original Evolve athletes compete! Juli finished 11th and has another day of competition ahead of her. Sometimes our athletes move on but we never really let them go, so we'll be there rooting her on! Good luck Juli!
Once again, we can't tell you guys how proud we are not only of those who competed, but of all the Evolve athletes who drove down, sat in the hot sun, huddled in the shanty tents during the thunderstorm, then went back out into the sun to root everyone on! You guys are fantastic!
