Day 1 of the Southwest Regionals has come to a close and what a day it was. As it stands right now, Gino is in 6th place, Garcia is in 30th place, and the Evolve team is in 20th place. Represent! A huge thanks the the Evolve crew who rolled all the way down to Aurora to cheer – you guys are awesome!
Heats tomorrow get started at 9am. Tomorrow will be a big day with the deadlift/boxjump WOD and the pull-up/double-under/KB swing/overhead squat WOD – 400 reps for the individuals, 1000 reps for the teams. Tomorrow is the day to put it all out there because there will be some cuts going into Sunday. Good luck to all the Evolve competitors and all our friends from the other boxes. Bring it!

This is exactly why i love Evolve. The love and passion you have for all athletes is incredible. You guys inspire me and you push me through every wod. I am truly blessed to have started at your gym, wish i could still wod with you all daily. Good luck today everyone 🙂 i love you all!
