In 2 teams complete the following:
Run 400m
Sumo Deadlift High-pulls, 75#/55#
Run 400m
Push press, 75#/55#
Run 400m
Sit -ups
Run 400m
Box jumps, 24"/18"
In this WOD, each team will split into 2 groups. The 400m run will be the pacer. While the first group is running their 400m, the second group completes as many reps as possible of the SDLHPs. Once the first group finishes their run, they take over the SDLHPs and the second group runs. This continues for the duration. The team score is the total number of reps completed for the 4 movements.
