As many of you know Sarah R. is moving down to Denver. We'll miss Sarah! She's been a consistent pressence in the gym and it has been great to have her as an athlete and friend. We'll be getting together to send Sarah off on Saturday night at Old Chicago's southside! Old C's needs a count of people for the reservation, so please post either here to comments or to our facebook page if you plan to make it and how many you'll be bringing.
