Just a reminder that we won't be having a Saturday WOD this week. We're sorry for any inconvenience! But to make it up to you we're hosting Memorial Day Murph on Monday. Of course you probably already know this because you've signed up for it and are planning your strategy for your Murph PR, right? This will be a great way to celebrate Memorial Day. It's also a great way to earn your beer and burgers!
There's another reason this will be a powerful day. When Donnie was on deployment in Afghanistan, he flew an American flag over his base. Donnie has given us this flag, and we'll be hanging it in the box between the 9am and 10am Murphs. We are honored that Donnie would choose to have this flag displayed in our gym and we felt that there couldn't be a better time to hang it than Memorial Day.
