9 squats

Repeat for a total of 5 rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds.

The other day I was talking with Jim and he was telling me about some eggs benedict a friend had made him, primal style. Sounded good and as we talked more about it, he told me that the guy who made this delicious meal has a primal eating blog: The Primal Pantry. Be warned that this is primal, not paleo, so for those of you who are strict with your paleo you may have to make some changes to the recipes. But don't let that stop you from checking it out!

  1. Nice site, made me really hungry. It also made me start researching Raw Milk. I’ve known a few people that drink it. It is an interested debate.
