Kipping pull-ups

Ab mat sit-ups

Wall balls, 20#/14#

For this WOD the ab mats will be placed by the pull-up bars. When finished with the sit-ups athletes will bear crawl across the gym, do the wall balls, then bear crawl back for the next round of sit-ups. The bear crawling will occur for all the transitions between movements. Can I get a hell yeah!?!
