Rope Climbs

WOD

Perform 3 rounds for time and reps:

2:00 Back squat, load = to body weight

3 rope climbs

Rest 1 minute

Each round will be timed and the reps for back squat will also be counted. Each round will be scored seprately. Athletes will perform this WOD 4 at a time. Those who are not going will count reps and monitor time for those who are going.

We want to give a huge shout out to Marie, Sharla, and Stephanie for completing the 100 day burpee challenge on Saturday! These amazing ladies were 3 of many who began the challenge, but they were the last 3 standing in the end. For those who don't know, they did 1 burpee on day 1, 2 burpees on day 2, all the way to 100 burpees on day 100. Often times they fell behind and would have to make up those skipped days, but they stuck with it. Perhaps the strangest thing about the challenge was that when burpees were part of the WOD, they were actually happy about it because it meant they didn't have to do so many post-WOD. I'm sure that will come to a screeching halt!

They were an inspiration to us all, so please offer them congratulations when you see them! Way to go ladies!
