CrossFit Open WOD 11.1

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

30 double-unders

15 power snatch, 75#/55#

This will definitely help your double-unders!

We've been getting some questions as to how today will flow. Here's the rundown:

9 am – doors open, sign-in (if you're not from Evolve), start warming up

9:30 am – WOD for those who are not  competing as part of the Open

There will then be 2 Women's heats followed by 3 Men's heats. We're not assigning times to those because it will make us feel bad when the schedule slips. The WODs last 10 minutes and there will be a few minutes between each heat for those athletes who will also be judging to recover because you want them to be able to count clearly, right?!
