The folks over at Emerfit asked us to pass on some exciting news to you guys – Melissa and Dallas from Whole9 (www.whole9.com) will be giving their Foundations of Nutrition Workshop on Saturday April 16th at Emerfit. We're big fans of their work and we know many of you guys are too. This is a great opportunity to attend an interactive workshop focusing on how we fuel. It can be easy to get in a rut with our nutrition and this would be a great opportunity to re-learn some things you already know and to pick up some things you might not know.
