  1. 🙂 10 foot target is RX’d….for the KB sumo deadlift high pulls the range of motion will be below the knee to save your backs from going all of the way to the ground

  2. It’s been mighty quiet on the comments section lately. It’s good to know that all it takes to liven things up is some burpee wallballs. Note to self…
