As March 15th and the announcement of the first workout of the CrossFit Open gets closer, more information is being put out by HQ. We'll do our best to keep you up to speed.
First off, the Open website will have up-to-date standings overall and in our region during the 6 weeks. For more on the website and some additional info on the movements, you can watch this website video and check out the new site and programming update.
Second, we will need folks to help out as judges for the workouts on Saturdays. If you want to be a part of the Open and don't have any desire to compete, this would be a great oppotunity to join in and help us make this a great event. We'll have more information as we get it, but please keep it in mind. This is going to be fun!
