Several of you have been working hard on your double-unders. You guys know that this is a tough movement. It's not something you can just muscle through because it's not about strength. It's more about coordination, speed, agility, accuracy, and timing. Several of you have heard of Greg Amundson, known as CrossFit's original fire breather. In a cool CF Journal Article titled "The Chink in my Armor" Greg talks about how double-unders cost him a trip to the Games and what he did to turn a weakness into a strength.
