Teamwork Saturday:
Divided into 4 teams, complete the following for time:
500 jump rope singles
400 squats
300 jumping pull-ups
200 Kettlebell swings, 55#/35#
10 rope assents, 15'
Every 5 minutes, each team will stop and all members will complete 10 burpees.

oh man! Sad to miss this only because I have 99 burpees to do and this would probably knock them out! BUT this is a much needed rest day:) I’ll be there to cheer you all on!

Thursday Night Boot Camp:-)45 minutes of none stop acoitn….well we did have 60 seconds of catching our wind!! between 4 minute sets.The time really does go by fast…thanks to my partner that kept track of our reps.!!!Gave me another reason to push myself.And Rachel, Boot Camp leader!!.Thank you for a great work out.Dab
